What and Where
Hey everyone! It's JoAnn again from Sidewalk Chalk. I'm filling in for Marilou as she wraps up a busy week, and I'm extremely honored to do so! I hope you liked Marilou's interview last week -- I had a fun time responding to her interesting questions, and loved reading everyone's feedback. Twenty York Street readers are some of the nicest people in the blogosphere!
I take a lot of my outfit photos outdoors and these were taken at a park near my home. I love discovering new green spaces for outfit shoots -- whether it's at a park, old farm or monument -- I can be a huge history nerd and love to incorporate that into my posts.
Ever since the calendar page turned to September, the temperatures have dropped here in north Georgia. While it's not quite brisk yet, I have been craving to pull out some of my autumn pieces, like these deep reds. The company I work for keeps the air chilly in the building -- so it was the perfect opportunity to pull out these tights I've been hoarding since a retail super sale this summer. The cinnamon color appears to darken the floral color palette a little bit and make it appropriate for fall.
How are you responding to the not-quite-autumn weather? What trends are you looking forward to this fall, and what colors do you like to wear in chillier temperatures?
